At the heart of our Waikato based travel business, is our experience in personal holidays, business travel, cruises, tours, flights and multi-generational travel. Sarah also has a strong passion for designing solo women tours, and annually takes a couple of groups away on an adventure.

My passion is to work with you to create the holiday of a lifetime, every time you travel. I've been in the travel industry for 19 years and have lived in the Middle East, the UK and New Zealand, and travelled extensively in between. French Polynesia is one of my favourite destinations. There are so many amazing islands. I love the azure warm water, the smell of the Tiare flower, the white sandy beaches, and swimming over turtles in the lagoons.

I love all things travel and this shines through when I’m working with my clients to create their dream holiday. I offer a professional and personal booking experience for all their travel needs - Cruising, Business Travel, Special Interest Groups, Package Tours, Honeymoons, Overseas Weddings, Couples, Independant and Family Holidays. I pride myself on my attention to detail and professionalism and to me it’s the small details that can make your holiday.

Nicole Rutter has both retail and wholesale travel experience, and has been in the industry for more than 15 years. She has travelled extensively, having travelled for nearly two years on her OE. She is now settled in Hamilton with her family, enjoying South Pacific adventures closer to home, but looking forward to getting back to the UK and Europe one day.

My goodness where do I start! We started using Sarah after a bad experience with Flight Centre! We wanted someone to book our travel who understood us and cared. We got this with Sarah. Sarah met us first to understand our wants, needs and who we were. This meeting in itself blew me away! She took this info and then when we went to book she understood what we wanted. We recently went to America and Sarah booked our flights, accommodation, theme park tickets, rental cars etc. Our seats on the plane selected by Sarah were perfect. First for service every flight! She took an early call from me after a wee crash in our rental car and this showed me not only how much she cared but her exceptional level of service! She dealt with all our changes of mind and questions with care and patience. We have 2 trips planned in the next year and I would not book this without Sarah EVER!!
